Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, such as seasonal holidays, there may be occasional delays in delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow additional time for delivery in transit.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days, Mon-Fri)
• Priority Shipping (48 hours) (Mon-Fri). Note: This option is not available for all products.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the selected shipping method (Standard or Priority). Delivery delays may sometimes occur, and we recommend verifying your billing and shipping addresses when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Your tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
